As a Shop Foreman you will:
Assist in coordinating and directing the workload of the Service Department for maximum efficiency and productivity while providing quality repair work. Advises and recommends to the Service Manager regarding technician skills and training needs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Service Technician or equivalent
- Ability to lead others
- Familiar with John Deere and competitive products
- Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Forklift license preferred
