PrairieCoast equipment is implementing a new Customer Resource Management (CRM) system. The CRM Assistant will learn the new software and support PrairieCoast equipment’s employees after the software is introduced. The CRM Assistant will also support the execution of internal training, with the goal in the future to facilitate the introduction of the CRM to new staff during onboarding. This is an entry level position, which is expected to ramp up quickly. This is a 6 month contract position, with the potential of becoming a permanent position.

As CRM Assistant you will:

  • Learn all aspects of PrairieCoast equipment’s new software, through research, and by exploring the software
  • Answer phone calls from internal staff with questions regarding the software
  • Provides technical support where applicable
  • Other Administrative duties as required by the Admin Department

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in Technology
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (any area)
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to exercise diplomacy while managing staff requests
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the Organization
  • Ability to explain the software to all levels of technological ability
  • Good organizational and time management skills
