As a Branch Manager you will:

Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the branch in accordance with company policies and procedures to meet or exceed branch goals while executing our corporate strategy with a key focus of sales department asset and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Management experience
  • Familiar with John Deere and competitive products
  • Experience dealing with elevated customer issues
  • Ability to lead and motivate others
  • Knowledge of financial metrics, marketing experience and a solid understanding of sales, parts and service operations
  • Solid analytical, business planning, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business or equivalent experience
