"I had purchased a 2006 JD Buck 650 EXT at another dealership. I needed some parts, your Kamloops dealer provided them asap! (2008)
This year I took advantage of your AMI Inspection special, in addition I purchased a winch at the sale price and added a snow blade to my "Bucky".
I am SO impressed with your service department, Rick and Sheila took amazing care of my ATV, kept in touch if there was any clarification required on my needs. When I visited the dealership, a service technician took me into the yard and clearly and concisely explained, operation and care of my new winch and blade. Also explained removing it if required for the summer months.
I was treated like a queen, very respectfully, which is especially nice in a very "male" oriented environment.
